That's right! When you sign up for an Aetna health plan,
dental coverage is included. See below for details.

| Plans with HMO Networks: |
|
| You have two choices as an Aetna Open Access HMO member! You are automatically enrolled in Basic Dental or you can switch to the PPO Dental Network at no extra charge for more choice in dentists. |

|
Basic Dental
- Select a primary care dentist (PCD) from our network.
- Pay a $5 copay for routine cleanings, x-rays, and some fillings.

PPO Dental Network Option
Fill out our online form or call Member Services at 1-800-537-9384 to switch
- Lots of dentists to choose from - over 101,000 dental locations.
- Each member pays a $20 annual deductible and then in-network routine cleanings, x-rays,
and some fillings are covered at 100%.

CDHP Dental Coverage
- 100% coverage for dental cleanings and x-rays when you use a participating provider
- Get a Dental Fund of $300 for single or $600 for family enrollment to use for covered dental services
- Any unused Dental Fund dollars will roll over to the next year as long as you remain enrolled in the plan

HDHP with HSA Dental Coverage
- 100% coverage for dental cleanings and x-rays when you use a participating provider
- Use your HSA to pay for qualified dental expenses.

With all of our plans, you’ll get discounts on other services from participating dentists.
